Got some cool pillows
Needed some new throw pillows for my living room. Found a couple 'Geometric Abstract' ones here. They showed up pretty quick, took 5 days to reach Denver. They look great and feel nice. Happy with them.
Great fabric, good support
I ordered 8 yards of their 'Sanctuary Fern' outdoor fabric for some patio cushions. The website was pretty easy to navigate, and the fabric calculator helped me figure out how much I needed. It shipped to Philadelphia in about 6 days, which was reasonable. When it arrived, one of the rolls had a very small smudge, probably from transit. I emailed customer service with a picture, and they responded within a day. They offered a partial refund or a replacement. I opted for the refund since the smudge was minor and wouldn't show once cut. The fabric itself is high quality, feels durable, and the pattern is vibrant. Overall, a positive experience.
Reliably good experience
This was my third time ordering from Tonic Living, and it was just as smooth as the last two. Nice pillows, shipping was slow
I got a couple of their velvet lumbar pillows, the 'Emerald City' color. They're really soft and well-made, look good on my sofa. The colors on the site were accurate to what I received. My only real complaint is that shipping took almost two weeks to get to California. I wish they had faster options, even for a bit more money. Good quality products, but be prepared to wait a bit.
